budget billing planInformation and FormsEnroll in Budget Billing and eliminate big swings in your electric bills by averaging your energy costs over 12 months. How Budget Billing WorksSESD will average your home energy costs within the last 12 months to arrive at your monthly "budget payment amount". Your meter will still be read monthly and your bills will show your actual energy costs, but you will be asked to pay only your budget payment amount. The monthly budget payment will be reviewed once a year on a calendar basis and revised if necessary. You will be notified if there should be a revised amount required. The account balance must be brought current by June 20th of each year to continue on the BUDGET BILLING PLAN for the next year. Residential consumers with at least 12 months of electric use history and a good payment records are eligible to participate. In order to qualify for the Budget Billing Plan, the account must have a zero balance at the time of entering into the agreement. Continued participation in this program requires that payments be made on time each month. Budget Billing Forms direct payInformation and FormsUse our Direct Pay plan to have your electric bill paid
